God Bless us, everyone

With the guest house transformed, the feast in the kitchen almost ready.
Mr. Dickens arrived for our Dickens Christmas Party

The performance went beyond any expectations we had.
JT was Charles Dickens....
We cried, we laughed, we were in Victorian England...

I am uploading short clips
for sometimes they prove to be a very long download on some servers.
Enjoy a bit of our evening with Mr. Charles Dickens..

After the Christmas party in early December we embarked
on a gingerbread house to end all gingerbread houses.

Doesn't everyone make scale models first?

Crushed candies for window panes
and a good ol kidney bean can to prop everything up.

We had a cookie making project at the same time.
I let Elizabeth Gabriel take charge of decorating those!

Oops
and Yum

In the meantime Provincetown was getting ready for the holidays as well

We have had so much fun this January at Gabriel's.

We are enjoying every minute of this wonderful winter

January 2009 has brought some amazing weekends already
Pizza and games, does it get any better?

The Provincetown Post office is getting a massive historic paint job inside.
We are told the lights will even be returned to their original glory.

The famous Eastham Turnip Farm

The fishing boats docked after a bitter day out on the Atlantic

And inside, it's that fun festive time of making the 2009 charts!
